POVERTY

Poverty is the situation Poverty is a situation in which it is not possible to satisfy the basic physical and psychological needs of a person, due to lack of resources such as food, housing, education, health care, drinking water or  electricity.  An estimated 689 million people live on less than $ 1.90 a day.  So they are in a situation of extreme poverty.  It is estimated that due to the pandemic more than 100 million people began to live in these conditions, so the total poverty rate is close to 800 million people.

Actions to make important changes

     -We should help poor people by doing charity work

    -We shouldn't discriminate against people because of their socio-economic status

    -We couldn't make the poor feel bad about their socio-economic situation

     -We could do a campaign to help poor people
